Second: Academic Integrity Policies
Academic integrity is a moral framework that obligates all participants in the educational process—trainers and trainees—to respect intellectual property rights and ensure a fair and transparent learning environment that contributes to building a knowledgeable and responsible generation.
Academic Integrity Requirements:
To ensure a fair learning environment, all participants on the Future Center Platform must commit to the following:
Trainers:
- Commit to Islamic values and academic honesty when dealing with students and grading impartially.
- Respect intellectual property rights and obtain written permission from the content owner when using materials.
- Provide evidence‑based, up‑to‑date content with accurate citation of sources.
- Design course content to cover program objectives and provide opportunities for interaction and active participation.
- Focus on scientific content that contributes to changing knowledge, performance, or competence.
- Avoid including any marketing or promotional materials or brand drug names in the course content.
Trainees:
- Complete all assignments (if any), tests, and other tasks independently, except where collaboration is allowed.
- Maintain only one user account on the Platform and do not share the username and/or password with others.
- Do not provide solutions for assignments, tests, exams, projects, or other tasks to any other person, unless sharing is explicitly permitted.
- Adhere to ethical behavior and refrain from any actions that would unfairly improve your results or improve/harm others’ results.
- Do not publish answers to tests used to assess learner performance.
Technologies to Prevent Cheating and Identity Impersonation:
The Future Center Platform uses multiple techniques to prevent cheating and identity impersonation, including:
- Trainees must pledge and acknowledge anti‑cheating and anti‑impersonation rules and penalties before starting any exam.
- Design fair randomized tests with questions selected from prepared banks to cover learning outcomes and focus on understanding rather than rote memorization.
- Emphasize projects and oral exams in assessment to ensure comprehensive evaluation of trainee skills.
- Ensure each digital test form is unique and rely on new questions not previously solved or readily available in references.
- Prohibit photographing questions, contacting others, or using unauthorized resources.
- Request the trainee to turn on the camera for identity verification and present an ID if required.
- Request panning the camera around the room to ensure no one else is present and that no supporting materials or phones are used.
- Prohibit wearing headphones and accessories.
- Run awareness campaigns for students and staff about anti‑cheating and anti‑impersonation regulations and penalties.
- Use technical solutions such as a secure browser that prevents opening other desktop programs during the test and blocks copying the exam.
- Review any events that violate behavior.
Violations
To ensure a fair and transparent educational environment, strict academic integrity rules apply to all participants on the Platform.
If you are found to have violated any service terms or academic integrity rules, you may face disciplinary actions proportionate to the severity of the violation, including:
First: Academic Penalties:
- Receiving a zero or no grade for the exam, assignment, or assessment in violation.
- Redoing the exam, assignment, or assessment under direct supervision.
- Being barred from participating in some Platform activities or services.
- Being denied a certificate of completion for the course or program.
- Revoking any certificate obtained unlawfully.
Second: Administrative Penalties (depending on severity):
- Prohibition from enrolling in a new course or program.
- Temporary or permanent termination of Platform use.
- Listing your name on a ban list for future programs.
Third: Legal Penalties (depending on severity):
- Filing legal action against you if your violation causes material or moral damages to the Center or to any participants.
- Notifying competent authorities if the violation involves cybercrimes, identity impersonation, or similar offenses.
Finally, we stress the importance of reading the Terms of Service and Academic Integrity Rules carefully before using the Platform, and emphasize the need to respect all rules to ensure a fair and transparent learning environment for everyone.
If you face any difficulties or have any questions, contact the support team for assistance.
